More than five years since his last album
Wim Hof made a name for himself by exposing his body to extremely low temperatures. In his Instagram post, Frank Ocean explains that this new episode of Blonded Radio is made up of excerpts from a conversation they had on the phone: « I remember being amazed, after the fact, by the way his energy was transmitted through the handset (…) I liked the ‘listen then in this montage I let him speak uninterrupted. «
He adds that this conversation took place as he was going through « the first stages of mourning »; Frank Ocean’s brother died in August 2020 in a car accident at the age of 18. The singer achieved success in 2012 with his debut album, Channel Orange. His latest opus, Blonde, date of 2016. It has become very rare since.
